Multi is an electric side-entry wheelchair ramp system designed to allow people with limited mobility and non-disabled passengers to share the same vehicle. Conventional wheelchair-accessible vehicles often use rear-entry boarding, which may require wheelchair users to move into the roadway and can separate them from other passengers inside the vehicle. Vehicle body modifications can also limit the vehicle’s value and versatility.
To address these issues, Multi adopts a side-entry structure that enables safer boarding and exiting from the sidewalk, along with an electric operating system. The ramp can be easily controlled with a remote, allowing wheelchair users to board along the same route as other passengers. Its ultra-slim 24 mm ramp is fully integrated into the vehicle floor, preserving the interior space of a standard vehicle when not in use.
Multi also uses a non-cut installation structure that helps preserve the vehicle’s original form and asset value. Because it can accommodate both wheelchair users and other passengers, it can be applied to family vehicles, wheelchair-accessible taxis, welfare organization vehicles, and business vehicles. Rather than creating a vehicle for a specific user group, Multi proposes a universal mobility solution that allows everyone to share the same vehicle.
Multi is an electric side-entry wheelchair slope system designed for people with mobility limitations and other passengers to use the same vehicle together.
Most conventional wheelchair-accessible vehicles use a rear-entry system.
This means wheelchair users have to move onto the road to enter the vehicle and sit in a separate area from other passengers.
In many cases, installing the slope also requires cutting the vehicle body, which reduces the vehicle’s value and limits how it can be used.
To solve these problems, Multi uses a side-entry design and an electric slope.
Wheelchair users can safely enter and exit the vehicle from the sidewalk.
The slope can be easily operated with a remote control, and wheelchair users can enter the vehicle from the same side as other passengers.
The slim slope is approximately 24mm(0.94 in) thick and is fully stored under the vehicle floor.
When the slope is not in use, the vehicle keeps the same interior space as a standard vehicle.
The slope is deployed only when needed.
Multi can also be installed without cutting the vehicle body, helping preserve the vehicle’s original structure and value.
Because both wheelchair users and other passengers can use the vehicle together, it can be used for many purposes, including family cars, accessible taxis, welfare service vehicles, and business vehicles.
Multi is not a special vehicle only for people with mobility limitations.
It creates a mobility environment where everyone can use and share the same vehicle, making travel safer, more independent, and more inclusive.
