The Rehabilitation Engineering Research Institute (RERI) of the Korea Workers’ Compensation & Welfare Service, an agency under the Ministry of Employment and Labor, is a specialized research institute in rehabilitation engineering and assistive technology. RERI conducts research and development on assistive products, including prostheses and orthoses, and rehabilitation training methods to support the return to work and improve the quality of life of workers with disabilities caused by occupational injuries.
