NEUMED is a research-driven enterprise specializing in the development of natural products, established in 2003 by a research team from the College of Korean Medicine at Kyung Hee University. By integrating the wisdom of traditional medicine with the precision of modern science, NEUMED has built its proprietary platform, iMED, to consistently develop safe and efficacious natural product-based solutions.
From its inception, NEUMED has focused on brain health research, which has evolved into NEUBO, a health functional food officially recognized by the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for its five key benefits: memory enhancement, immune support, fatigue reduction, and more. Based on early research achievements and refined through multiple renewals and upgrades, NEUBO combines 100% Korean-grown six-year-old red ginseng with carefully selected traditional ingredients such as Cornus fruit, Rehmannia root, Poria, and Scutellaria, enhanced with bee honey and fructooligosaccharides for both efficacy and taste.
Building on this foundation, NEUMED went on to develop Korea’s first individually approved functional ingredient for promoting children’s height growth, expanding its research scope to include a wide range of natural substances that support and enhance human health.
