Greyscale is a senior life-care company that operates ‘Greymall,’ a specialized distribution platform for welfare equipment and senior healthcare products. Beyond simply distributing products, we aim to connect and design comprehensive solutions that support all aspects of seniors' daily lives. We distribute a wide range of items including welfare equipment, health supplements, and healthcare products, as well as everyday senior essentials. Based on insights gathered through direct customer interactions and feedback, we also develop and manufacture our own welfare equipment tailored to real-world needs. In particular, we are developing a system that analyzes various data accumulated through customer support and purchasing processes to recommend welfare products suited to each individual's situation. This helps caregivers and elderly users with limited access to information make easier and more accurate decisions. Looking ahead, we plan to expand into healthcare IoT, care-linked services, and community-based content, evolving into an integrated life-care platform that enhances independence and quality of life for seniors.
